Refund policy

We highly recommend that you inspect your order once it arrives to ensure everything is satisfactory and meets your expectations.  Should it not, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve any issues or concerns you might have.

Order Cancellations:
If your order has not been dispatched, we can typically cancel your order, prevent it from being dispatched and issue you a full refund.

Non-Faulty Goods:
Once an Item has been delivered to your specified address you will have up to 14 days to let us know if you no longer want your order or specific items. As our products are consumable goods, we can’t accept returns of individual items where the product has been opened.  Standard delivery charges for the order will also be refunded.

Please email us at bakery@everfreshnaturalfoods.com to trigger your return within your 14-day post-delivery cooling off period.

Please note items are your responsibility until they arrive back at our bakery, so we strongly advise you pay for a tracked delivery service and place the items in a sturdy box, if not the same box we sent them to you in. We do not issue refunds for the cost of posting items back to our bakery. Please send all non-faulty goods to Everfresh Natural Foods, The Old Chocolate Factory, Bridge Road, Frampton on Severn, Gloucestershire, GL2 7HE with a copy of your original order invoice.

Faulty & Damaged Goods:
While we take every precaution possible prior to our products being dispatched there is always a chance of damage in transit.  Equally rare, packaging can be damaged resulting in our product being exposed to air and causing it to spoil.  Should this happen with your order please
contact us at your earliest convenience and we will aim to resolve the issue swiftly.

Refunds:
We typically action all refunds within 2 working days of receipt of your return parcel.  Please also remember that it typically takes 3-4 working days for banks to process transactions.
