How did Ezekiel Bread get its name?

The name comes from the Old Testament (Ezekiel 4:9), where the prophet Ezekiel is given instructions from God about preparing a special bread during famine:

“Take for yourself wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt; put them into one vessel, and make bread of them for yourself.”

How does Ezekiel bread differ from Everfresh’s sprouted bread loaves?

Essentially, there is no difference, and unlike some other brands, we at Everfresh ONLY use 100% sprouted organic Wheat, Rye and Spelt grains in our loaves.
