Everfresh Natural Foods will endeavour to process and despatch your order within 3-5 working days. Should a product not be available and if it is likely to be unavailable for longer than a week Everfresh Natural Foods will refund the value of that product and despatch the remainder of the order.
Everfresh Natural Foods use a third party courier to deliver items. The delivery times are typically from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Should a Saturday delivery be required please contact Everfresh Natural Foods and place your order over the phone as Saturday deliveries carry a surcharge. There are no Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries. Please contact us if your order is over 50kg as it will be subject to a transport surcharge.
Everfresh Natural Food’s online shopping service now delivers to Eire, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark and Luxembourg. This will take 2 days and the cost will be £15. We do have distributors in most of these countries (not Eire) and we can pass your details on to them if you send us your details.
If you are not within the delivery area, but would like to order from Everfresh Natural Foods, please call 01296 425333 and we can discuss how we can get your delivery out to you and agree the special charges that will apply.
We deliver to the UK mainland. This includes England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Please note the following conditions that we must apply. Highland Islands may take two days for delivery.
Delivery to some areas within the UK is more expensive or takes longer. We apply a postage and packaging surcharge to some areas, most notably the Scottish Highlands (north of Glasgow) and UK islands. To find out if these charges affect your delivery address, go through the order process as usual, you will be informed of any surcharge after you have submitted your delivery details, including your postcode. Please also note that Highlands and Islands deliveries may take two days.
There is a change of £26 for deliveries of up to 20kg to Northern Ireland with an additional 60p per kg thereafter.
In theory we will try to deliver anywhere but there may be additional charges that we will inform you of before processing your order.
Our standard charge for postage and packing is £4. There is an additional fee for deliveries to certain areas (Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland - see above for details). This reflects increased delivery costs that we are charged by the delivery company and which we must pass on to our customers.
If you would like to arrange a delivery to an address outside the UK and specified European countries, please contact the Everfresh Natural Foods office directly. As an exception, we do deliver to the Republic of Ireland; the Northern Ireland delivery charge applies (see above).
In the event that an order is placed to an address that we do not deliver to (see above for details), that order is invalid. Whether an order is invalid or not is entirely our decision. If your order is invalid, we will inform you by email sent to the customer email address and we will immediately refund the payment for that order.
Should any product arrive damaged or unsuitable for use then please contact us on email@example.com within 2 days of delivery for a complete refund. In some cases we will ask for the product to be returned and we will organise its collection at a time to suit. Do not dispose of any such product unless directed to do so by Customer Services or you may not be able to be refunded.
If you wish to change or cancel an order before despatch please contact us as soon as you can on 01296 425333 between 8:30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Please have the following details to hand:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Date of the order
Where possible we will try and prevent your order from being despatched but as orders are normally processed immediately we may have already packaged your order and sent it to you.
If this is the case then we cannot always stop the goods from arriving as ordered. In such cases, once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 10 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel and return the order within 10 days of delivery, we will refund the cost of the item & the cost of delivery but not the cost of returning the goods to us. We will only do this provided you have contacted us and informed us of your intent to do so and the goods have not been opened or damaged.
