Gluten Free
There is a rapid rise in the demand for Gluten Free products. At Everfresh we are pleased to say that we can offer a few linesthat meet this demand.
One of our most popular is our Mixed Grain Gluten Free Sourdough loaf that is made from maize and rice with a mix of seeds. Benefitting from our longer shelf life this unique product has no additives, no added yeast ad no humectants or other "synthetics".
In addition we are able to offer an alterntive to the Traditional Christmas pudding. At the right time of the year we are able to offer a traditional gluten free "plum" pudding that is made using potato flour and other gluten free ingredients.
We are also hoping to launch imminently a gluten free fruit cake so that there is a year round alternative
Our Mixed Grain Gluten Free Sourdough loaf is 400g and the pudding is 400g as well.
