Deliciously Nice but not Naughty
A special blend of flours, organic apple juice, lots and lots of fruit but NO dairy products, eggs, preservatives or sweeteners these cakes are not only delicious but they are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Our cakes vary in weight from 300g for Banana Cake, both Ginger cakes at 380g and the rest at 400g.
A new experience
Our cakes are made from organic ingredients, which are a new experience in “cakes”. Made without dairy products, eggs, sweeteners or chemical additives, the sweetness is developed by using fruit juices and fruit as the source of natural, easily assimilated and nutrient-buffered sugars. These sugars avoid the blood sugar reactions commonly experienced with conventional cakes…there is a cake “high”, which we all enjoy and expect, but from good quality not from blood-sugar spikes…and no “let down” after, as the natural fruit-sugars are smoothly assimilated, yet completely delicious and hardly a penance!
