For 25 years at our privately owned bakery in the heart of the home counties of the UK, we have been baking a unique range of different but exceptionally special breads, cakes and puddings.
What makes the breads different is that they are made from sprouted grains and it is the sprouting process that enhances the goodness of the grain and makes the bread more easily digestible
Baked with no preservatives, no dairy products, no eggs, no added sweeteners or sugars, our products are ideal for those who are wheat intolerant, vegetarian, vegan or just looking for a really simple and pure way of eating.
Organic Food Production is very important to us and so is sourcing the best quality ingredients and then keeping the processing to a minimum. We are committed to protecting the environment for future generations and as a result we will not consider making products that are not part of a sustainable or organic food chain.
We are members of the Organic Food Federation and are audited by them every year to make sure that we comply with the current organic requirements
